What are the important conversions asked in Class 12 Chemistry board exam?

Organic interconversions are the most interesting, tricky and intuitive organic reactions which need overall idea of all the organic reactions. You need to memorise all the method of preparations, chemical reactions, named reactions, special reactions, along with the reagents and conditions given to achieve the products. You must begin with memorising the follwing chemicals:

Common Oxidants:  [K2Cr2O7] / [KMnO4 & H2SO4] / [HNO3]
Common Reductants: [H2/Ni or Pt] / [LiAlH4] / [Na/Alcohol] / [Sn/Hcl] / [Zn/H2SO4]
Dehydrating Agents: [Conc. H2SO4] / [H3PO4] / [Al2O3] / [P2O5]
Dehalogenating Agent: [Na] / [Zn]
Dehydrohalogenating Agents: [Alcoholic KOH] / [NaNH2]
Based on board examinations, the following reactions are very important to memorise so as to be able to write organic interconversions.
Conversions Related to Hydrocarbons and Alcohols:

Conversions Related to Aldehydes, Carboxylic acids and Amines:

Conversions Related to Aromatic Compounds:
