Top 10 NITs (National Institute of Technologies) for Chemistry

Top 10 NITs (National Institute of Technologies) for Chemistry

National Institute of Technologies are highly appreciated and highly ranked institutions in India. These premier institutions offer admission into graduate, post graduate and doctoral degrees in various fields like engineering, architecture, management and science.

Students have to appear and hold a suitable rank in the JEE Main exam conducted by NTA to take admission into the engineering and architecture programme in NITs while to take admission into MSc programme students must appear and hold a good rank in GATE (Graduate aptitude test in in engineering) exam and for management they to go for NIMCET (national Institute of Technology MCA Common Entrance Test).
There are currently 31 number of NITs in India and among them NIT Tiruchirappalli, NIT Karnataka, NIT Rourkela, and NITs of Warangal, Calicut, Durgapur and Nagpur are popular.
In MHRD (Ministry of human resource development) NIRF ranking 2021 (National institute of ranking framework) NIT Trichy topped the list. This is almost a good news that in top 100 list of Indian educational institutions there are 26 NITs.
But as per chemistry MSc and PhD are concerned, the NITs of Trichy, Rourkela, Karnataka, Wrangle are preferred but many educationists including me would suggest not to go for NITs for admission into MSc or PhD as they focus most on Technologies.
