Abnormally loud sound  It has been a matter of concern for the residents around soro as they are continuously witnessing large explosion  like noise frequently. It has spreaded panic in locals. Actual cause of the sound is still unknown.   Some spiritually driven intellectuals expect a warning from the nature.      Similar sound witnessed by locals of Jajpur and Mayurbhanj separately, before some days. Locals share a common features about the sound. They say as if the sound is coming from the cosmos and they have never before witnessed such fearful sound.  However government officials have not responded to such happenings.  People have been so fascinating by marbles in their home that they and marble business personel have been merciless on the environment. Frequent bombarding on hills may sometimes give rise to such sound, as expert say. Sometimes the sound becomes so severe that people feel trembling of their home as if it's an earthquake. ...

  Odisha Woman First in country to be awarded by IUPAC H appiness bloosomed in the Titira village of Balikuda Block of Jagatsinghpur District of Odisha as Mrs. Jyotirmaye Mohanty of this village has been awrded by IUPAC (International Union of Pure and Applied Chemistry) in 2023.     Currently she works at Bhaba Atomic Research Centre (BARC) Mumbai, and has published many papers in international Journals like Journal of the American Chemical Society, who has been the first woman in the country to recieve this award by IUPAC.
